The CIA and our Habits and Social Lives

The Pentagon’s plans for psychological operations or PSYOP in the global information environment of the 21st century are wide ranging and aggressive. These desires are outlined in the 2003 Pentagon document signed by Donald Rumsfeld in his capacity as the Secretary of Defense called the Information Operation Roadmap.

The Pentagon's Information Operations Roadmap is blunt about the fact that an internet, with the potential for free speech, is in direct opposition to their goals. The internet needs to be dealt with as if it were an enemy "weapons system".

Facebook's first round of venture capital funding ($US500,000) came from former Paypal CEO Peter Thiel. Author of anti-multicultural tome 'The Diversity Myth', he is also on the board of radical conservative group VanguardPAC.

The second round of funding into Facebook ($US12.7 million) came from venture capital firm Accel Partners. Its manager James Breyer was formerly chairman of the National Venture Capital Association, and served on the board with Gilman Louie, CEO of In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm established by the Central Intelligence Agency in 1999. One of the company's key areas of expertise are in "data mining technologies".

Breyer also served on the board of R&D firm BBN Technologies, which was one of those companies responsible for the rise of the internet.

Dr Anita Jones joined the firm, which included Gilman Louie. She had also served on the In-Q-Tel's board, and had been director of Defence Research and Engineering for the US Department of Defence.

She was also an adviser to the Secretary of Defence and overseeing the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is responsible for high-tech, high-end development.
It was when a journalist lifted the lid on the DARPA's Information Awareness Office that the public began to show concern at its information mining projects.

Wikipedia's IAO page says: "the IAO has the stated mission to gather as much information as possible about everyone, in a centralised location, for easy perusal by the United States government, including (though not limited to) internet activity, credit card purchase histories, airline ticket purchases, car rentals, medical records, educational transcripts, driver's licenses, utility bills, tax returns, and any other available data.".

• Starbucks as a entity was originally set by a black cell organisation by the C.I.A to covertly launder money. The plan was establish ONE in every major city in the u.s.a..this way the c.i.a could transfer illegally gained funds easily and quickly throughout the country. The administrators never anticipated that the organisation was going to make money and originally tried to keep it low key by making extremely poor quality coffee that repel a usual customer base. To date operation 'star buck' is now unofficially one of the c.i.a's most profitable branches of revenue. Every you buy a star bucks coffee, you are unwittingly supporting brutal and inhumane para-military tactics, as well as funding political regimes that impinge upon basic human rights.


• Facebook has 20 million users worldwide, is worth billions of dollars and, if internet sources are to be believed, was started by the CIA.


• The social networking phenomenon started as a way of American college students to keep in touch. It is rapidly catching up with MySpace, and has left others like Bebo in its wake.
  But there is a dark side to the success story that's been spreading across the blogosphere. A complex but riveting Big Brother-type conspiracy theory which links Facebook to the CIA and the US Department of Defence.


• The CIA is, though, using a Facebook group to recruit staff for its very sexy sounding National Clandestine Service.


• Checking out the job adsdoes require a Facebook login, so if you haven't joined the site - or are worried that CIA spooks will start following you home from work -check them out on the agency's own site.


• The US military has retained the services of a commercial privacy invasion outfit to assemble detailed dossiers on all American high school children and college students, according to a report in the Washington Post. Direct-marketing database outfit BeNow Inc will manage students' information for the US Department of Defense (DoD), in order to sidestep federal regulations limiting the amount of citizens' personal data that government agencies are permitted to retain.


• The Defense Department has been working with a private marketing firm to create a database of high school students ages 16 to 18 and all college students to help the military identify potential recruits in a time of dwindling enlistment in some branches.
  
  
  
  
  

What A Tangled {Intar}Web We Weave...

Open Source Militias

I found this interesting in itself, but even more interesting in light of the governments history of infiltrating organizations it considers subversive, sometimes even coopting entire movements. Will we see a revival of the militia movement in this country that is guided by the hidden hand of power?

The way we have become our own betrayers to the NWO is the result of a series of masterful manipulations. Entrpreneurial litegation, artificially generated debt and its collection, speculative war investment, where are we taking ourselves? A stepping up of organized stalking, (see the video below), is almost sure to follow.

The US military is on the slow path to the realization that nation-building -- from reconstruction to other forms of traditional COIN dogma that serve to return legitimacy to the government -- doesn't work. Politics and populations in our new global environment fragment faster than they can be assembled into cohesive entities. What does work to slow the spread of temporary autonomous zones and open source insurgencies are open source militias. While messy (and many times as bad as what they replace), these militias do work:

• Colombia. The AUC blunted the spread of the FARC and other revolutionary groups.
  
• Sao Paulo, Brazil. Neighborhood militias have purged neighborhoods of the PCC (a criminal drug gang).
  
• Iraq. Anbar awakening and other militias have radically diminished al Qaeda's operational sphere.
  

Open Source Militias

In each case, militias developed organically based on local loyalties that have nothing to do with the central government. Their emergence is spontaneous and a surprise to the government or the foreign military occupation. They develop according to a now familiar pattern:

• Expansion. Guerrillas or criminal gangs move into a new area in which they have no organic support. They impose their own form of governance which is at odds with local needs.
  
• Reaction. These external guerrillas/gangs intimidate/kill local leaders. A militia is formed to force the encroaching groups out.
  
• Domination. The local militia begins to run the neighborhoods/area. Soon, they tend to adopt many of the same financial systems of the guerrillas/gangs (from drugs to extortion) and enforcement measures (assassination, torture, etc.). However, they remain less hostile to the government and commercial interests than the guerrillas/gangs.
  

An Expansible Strategy?

The rapid emergence of these local militias in Anbar came as a surprise to both the Iraqi government and the US military. Despite the lack of loyalty these groups have to the Iraqi government (and the previous involvement of many of these groups in killing US troops), the US military embraced them -- in that have been given a degree of autonomy as well as arms and training. The result has been the return to a slow burning war, a status quo of sorts, that will continue to operate at levels of violence not seen since early 2006. The success of this approach, as opposed to the boondoggles we've experienced in conventional operations, has led the US Special Operations Command to recommend in a new briefing (leaked to the press), that the US replicate the "militia strategy" in Pakistan. Unfortunately, the report makes the following errors:

• The wrong militia. The US, due to political restrictions, wants to focus its efforts on the Frontier corps. This militia is too tightly connected to the government and has a record of atrocity that makes it unlikely to generate any meaningful form of local loyalty.
  
• Bad timing. This process works according to its own rules, it cannot be forced. The guerrillas (a combination of different flavors of Taliban, tribes, and al Qaeda) will eventually overreach. This process is in motion, but the reaction that forms local militias will not occur until much later (the government and the US are still considered the primary enemy).
  
• Government opposition. The organic rise of local militias will be an affront to the Pakistani government since it represents a near permanent loss of control over these regions. They will resist it (despite their preoccupation with oppressing Pakistani civil society). Unlike the Iraqi government, they will not roll over on this.
  

Final Note: The use of a plethora of militias to fight a global open source insurgency from Nigeria to Mexico to Iraq to Pakistan is effective within a grand strategy of delay (it holds disorder at bay while allowing globalization to work). Most beneficially, it eliminates the need for nation-building, massive conventional troop deployments, and other forms of excess. Some questions remain: can the US manage something this complex or this messy? Will the rest of the US military/contractors sit idle (and as a result fall victim to budget cuts) while light weight special operations forces (and their allied private military corporations) take center stage?

Reading has always been a solitary activity where the individual's imagination roams at will. There's been a strange reversal now that book groups and recommendations from chat show hosts - Richard & Judy in the UK, Oprah in the USA - create a tiny pool of recommended bestsellers in the vast and frightening ocean of the unread. Well, I did indeed have one Mr. Matheny on the broadcast, and we had an exchange that, while not necessarily a love-fest, this interview did answer more questions than we may have anticipated. After putting issues in context, a context that becomes clearer the deeper I look into these issues, I read the materials on the mysterious El-Centro phenomenon.

The first half of the program is, not unexpectedly, posted online. Not on the Incunabula site this time, but a haven of the decadent, counterculture media and commentary site of the Alterati. (Are they altered Illuminati? When did I become their uncle?) The description is as much loving as snide, methinks, so I don't take exception to their having their fun:

An interesting document that was sent to me by someone who has a past of many infamous organizations, individuals and barely detectable but insidious societal shifts to all numbers of flavors of devilry. I think our telecommunications corporations have been infiltrated. Soon you'll know why I say so, and it has nothing to do with billing practices.

Secret Government Projects 1 - 1946-1953

1946
Patients in VA hospitals are used as guinea pigs for medical experiments. In order to allay suspicions, the order is given to change the word "experiments" to "investigations" or "observations" whenever reporting a medical study performed in one of the Nation's veteran's hospitals.

1947
(A) Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission issues a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.
(B) The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with-and-without their knowledge.

1950
(A) The Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates.
(B) In an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Francisco. Monitoring devices are situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.
(C) The French conducted research on infrasonic weapons (from "The Road From Armageddon", by Peter Lewis, Resonance #13, pp 9-14).
(D) The newly-formed CIA initiated studies in mind-control programs in 1950 with Project Bluebird (rechristened "Artichoke") in 1951. To establish a ' cover story' for this research, the CIA funded a propaganda effort designed to convince the World that the Communist Bloc had devised insidious new methods of re-shaping the human will. The CIA's own efforts could therefore -- if exposed -- be explained as an attempt to "catch up" with Soviet and Chinese work.

The primary promoter of this 'line' was one Edward Hunter -- a CIA contract employee operating undercover as a journalist and later a prominent member of the John Birch society. Hunter offered 'brainwashing' as the explanation for the numerous confessions signed by American prisoners of war during the Korean War and (generally) UN-recanted upon the prisoners' repatriation. These confessions alleged that the United States used germ warfare in the Korean conflict -- a claim which the American public of the time found impossible to accept.
Many years later, however, investigative reporters discovered that Japan's germ warfare specialists (who had wreaked incalculable terror on the conquered Chinese during WWII) had been mustered into the American national security apparatus. And the knowledge gleaned from Japan's horrifying germ warfare experiments probably WAS used in Korea just as the ' brainwashed' soldiers had indicated.

Thus, we now know that the entire brainwashing scare of the 1950s constituted a CIA hoax perpetrated upon the American public. CIA deputy director Richard Helms admitted as much when in 1963, he told the Warren Commission that "Soviet mind-control research consistently lagged years behind American efforts."

1951
(A) Alfred Hubbard first tries LSD. An OSS officer in WWII, Hubbard first took LSD in 1951 and proceeded to "turn on" several individuals prominent in LSD research including Dr. Humphrey Osmond, Myron Stolaroff , and Aldous Huxley, earning him the title of "the Johnny Appleseed of LSD" (Lee, Martin and Schlain, Bruce, Acid Dreams, Grove Press, 1985, pg 44).
circa 1951, Hubbard later did undercover work for several agencies including the FDA and FBI. He reportedly tried (and failed) to "turn on" J. Edgar Hoover. He introduced LSD to many high-ranking intelligence officers. In the early 1950s, he refused an offer to join the CIA (Lee and Schlain, pg 52). In all, it is estimated that Hubbard introduced LSD to over 6,000 individuals. He worked until 1965 at the International Foundation for Advanced Study (mis-identified here, I think, as the International Federation for Advanced Studies) (Fahey, Todd Brendan, The Original Captain Trips", High Times, November 1991).
Fahey describes Hubbard's work at SRI differently, placing him with the Alternative Futures Project which sought to "turn on" the World's political and business leaders. He left SRI in 1974 and died on August 31, 1982 (Fahey).
(B) The Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.

1952
(A) As a child in 1952, Jack Sarfatti claims to have received phone calls from the mechanical voice of a conscious computer aboard a spaceship recruiting him along with 400 others for some special project. These calls have similarities to the mechanical voice which talked to Andrijah Puharich via his tape recorder. Sarfatti was later associated with Puharich. Puharich first contacts "The Nine" (a group of "channeled" being) via a medium.
(B) During the CIA's MK-ULTRA mind-control program, John Lilly briefed the intelligence community on his work to map out the brains of animals using implanted electrodes. He abandoned this line of work because he felt it was unethical.
John Lilly studied the effects of sensory deprivation tanks and also briefed the intelligence community with his progress. Lilly refused to let any of his work be classified and ended up leaving the National Institute of Health when he found that he could not work without the interference of the Government.

Lilly -- when asked by the director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) to brief the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Security Agency (NSA), and the various military intelligence services on his work using electrodes to stimulate directly the pleasure and pain centers in the brain -- refused.
He said, "Dr. Antione Redmond -- using our techniques in Paris -- has demonstrated that this method of stimulation on the brain can be applied to the human without help of the neurosurgeon ... This means that anybody with the proper apparatus can carry this out covertly with no external signs that electrodes have been used in that person. I feel that if this technique got into the hands of a secret agency, they would have total control over a human being and be able to change his beliefs extremely quickly, leaving little evidence of what they had done." When the CIA's mind-control program was transferred from the Office of Security to the Technical Services Staff (TSS) in 1953, the name changed again to MK-ULTRA. Later still, in 1962 mind-control research was transferred to the Office of Research and Development; project cryptonyms remain unrevealed. What was studied? Everything including hypnosis, conditioning, sensory deprivation, drugs, religious cults, microwaves, psychosurgery, brain implants, and even ESP. When MK-ULTRA "leaked" to the public during the great CIA investigations of the 1970s, public attention focused most heavily on drug experimentation and the work with ESP. Mystery still shrouds another area of study -- the area which seems to have most interested ORD: psychoelectronics
(C) Martin Cannon, The Controllers: A New Hypothesis of Alien Abduction:
"The MK-ULTRA program was a covert behavior modification program run by the CIA in the early 1950s with the purpose of finding ways to make men more suggestible and involving the use of pain, drugs, and hypnosis on unsuspecting human guinea pigs.
(D) The first person to publicly expose the CIA's use of "pain-drug-hypnosis" was L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology who wrote in his 1951 book Science of Survival that it had become so extensively employed in espionage work that it was long past the time that people should have become alarmed about it.
"Mr. Hubbard's statement was found to be true in the 1970s when the CIA's program became public knowledge after the Freedom of Information Act enabled investigators to document the agency's inhumane and grotesque experiments on human subjects. (E) U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents.
(F) Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in which tens-of-thousands of people in New York and San Francisco are exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.

Further Adventures With The Beast

A little while back I mentioned that an edition of the Garden of Truth program had been hijacked by our guest that night, Joseph Matheny, and that it had been posted online. After having spent a good deal of time trying to make contact with Matheny, who proved to be ever mobile and elusive, and further attempts to try and find any associates, I can now report a new development.

If this is success or the Devil's lure, we shall find out with time. Mr. Matheny's people found my email address, which is available right from this site, (so don't be shy), and after initial messages they conveyed a most surprising offer; we shall have this shadowy and, it is beginning to seem, omnipresent individual on the show once again.

The last interview ended rather abruptly, as many of you may remember. We will see what comes of this. I have unearthed yet another dark conspiracy that connects with Mr. Matheny that seems based on more solid ground than most of the recent speculation about of which some of my parapolitical colleagues are guilty lately.

MALWARE, WARFARE, AND SELF-REPLICATION

Could hackers' viruses lead to the singularity? I'm just wondering.

The tinkering networks of the Internet criminal/hacker marketplace have produced a major innovation called the "Storm Worm" and it is rewriting the rules of engagement in computer security. It's essentially a new breed of malware that is a combination of worm/trojan/bot. What makes it special is that the Storm Worm's method of operation is sophisticated, so much so, that it is nearly immune to defense, suppression, or eradication -- demonstrated in that it has already infected up to 50 million computers and slaved them into a massive botnet. However, the really dangerous aspect of this isn't the smart way the Storm Worm is operated, it's what the network will be able to do once it activated. If the developers are as smart as their approach indicates, that outcome will either be a big pay-off or substantial damage.

Secret Government Projects 1 - 1931-1945

• 1931
  Dr. Cornelius Rhoads -- under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations -- infects human subjects with cancer cells. He later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

  The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease.   The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of 2 decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency, but failed to act since most of the deaths occurred within poverty-stricken black populations.
  
• 1940
  400 prisoners in Chicago are infected with malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.
  
• 1942
  Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.
  
• 1943
  In response to Japan's full-scale germ warfare program, the U.S. begins research on biological weapons at Fort Detrick, MD.
  
• 1944
  U.S. Navy uses human subjects to test gas masks and clothing. Individuals were locked in a gas chamber and exposed to mustard gas and lewisite.
  
• 1945
  (A) After World War II, the Allies discovered the Japanese had been developing a "death ray" utilizing very short radio waves focused into a high power beam. Tests were done on animals.   (B) Project Paperclip is initiated. The U.S. State Department, Army intelligence, and the CIA recruit Nazi scientists and offer them immunity and secret identities in exchange for work on top-secret government projects in the United States.
  (C) "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S. study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. One of the most toxic chemicals known to man, fluoride causes marked adverse effects to the central nervous system. But much of the information is squelched in the name of "national security" because of fear that lawsuits would undermine full-scale production of atomic bombs.

London, Oct 5 (ANI): The mysteries surrounding the Order of the Knights Templar could soon be exposed after the Vatican announced the release of a key document which has not been seen for almost 700 years.

The Vatican is planning publication of 'Processus contra Templarios', a book on the suppression of the Knights Templar, based on material from the Vatican Secret Archives.

The Knights Templar, a religious order established in Jerusalem in 1118, rose to prominence during the Crusades, and became a formidable military and political force in Europe in the 12th and 13th century.

Purity of Essence

The title of this post has been the subject line in a string of cryptic emails I have been recieving from a few dozen different addresses.

I'm just leaving a few notes to myself on things I'm chasing down, thoughts that occurred at the conclusion of this nights show and a few things that have occurred for which I have yet to formulate an explanation.

Now, first off, there's an odd question, or statement I've been getting in the inbox that I feel justified in thinking could be a code.

Let me just state the following:

• Yes, I have a wife.
• No, I do not have a horse.
• And, finally, I do have a lovely, salt and pepper moustache.

Thank you for your concern. I realize you are probably trying to play with me, but I'm not going to chase down what must be a reference to something unless I feel I have reason to.

Now, on to one odd thing. The two pictures I've posted here are connected with the arch and circle I mentioned a little while ago. As I mentioned in the earlier post, I found the site many years ago and was not able to find it again until recently. I had a compass and a little gps gadget my son had given me for Christmas when I happened on the arch again. I found it interesting that the compass and gps device deviated by about a half mile in the latitude and two miles longitude. I did make sure I took note of both readings so I could find my way back.

A couple days ago I headed back into the forest to investigate this place further. My first stop was the location according to the gps gizmo. First detail I noticed was that both the ancient navigational tool and the digital were in accord until I got within a hundred yards of the site. The gps device stayed firm and the compass, while, not spinning like in the movies, did graduallyshift away from the reading of the digital device.

The arch was not to be found there. What I found was what looked like the lower half of a telephone pole with a platform at the top. I imagine it's a hunting platform, but you'll notice in the photo that it has a row of nails protruding from the edges, obviously to make it perilous to ascend. What's not discernable from the picture is that there was razorwire around the pole and what looked like a radio antenna at the top. I had both a 35mm camera and a digital camera with me. (I'm hale enough to bear some weight while traversing the woods.) I snapped dozens of shots between the cameras, but again, all shots but this one looked like closeups of colored bulbs, and the one shot that came out is bled completely of color.

I followed the gps to the location the compass had shown and yet again I found no arch. However, I did find a piece of paper that was sealed in plastic on a small mound. Something told me to not just reach in and grab it. It could have been what looked like a crown of birch shoots that circled the paper on the mound. I wish I had a picture of the mound, but you know I am not prone to flights of fancy. I tapped the paper lightly with a dead branch and it was snapped in two by a bear trap. Clearly, someone knew the location I'd return to and set a trap.

The drawing is on what looks like the paper architects use for blueprints, though, as you can see from the picture above, it's not blue. What that's supposed to be I don't know.

There'll be more on that as I continue to investigate.

One last note to self:

Look into the connection between the Nephilim of the bible, MK-Ultra, demonic possession and the reptilian conspiracy.

I'm sure we've all heard the theory that proposes that the ruling elites of this earth are in fact from a reptilian race that have come to us from another dimension.

The idea of Reptilians is nothing new as it goes all the way back through time to the post era of Noah's flood. Reptilians have always been with us, but the shocking truth about these reptilian overlords have just recently come to light, thanks to the work of a few brave souls.

I had resisted this idea for a long time, and until recently have suspected that the reptilian agenda was a myth planted in the underground channels of truth to throw us off the scent of real conspiracies and to make us all look ridiculous. Now, let it not be said that I ever accept or dismiss any theory without looking into every aspect of the matter, every bit of evidence and follow up any clue. I have found that this theory ties together all other conspiracyes that have lain scattered and tangled like so much raw wool thus far, but symmetry does not make for truth in and of itself. Revelations of the Reptilian agenda have put these disparate threads all in order in such a way that through the prism of this one last piece of the truth those who have understanding can see the truth that lies beneath even admitted hoaxes. I now have some material that leaves me pretty much convinced.

Reptilians are creatures that look like humanoid lizards that can take human form and rule over us through political leadership.

Let me just list a few of the facts:

• The oft manifested alien grays of ufology are actually little more than hominid golems that take orders from the Reptilians.
• Reptilians have infiltrated the highest levels of government, religious institutions and have directed human culture for thousands of years.
• Investigations into the bloodlines of the ruling families show that over time they all are human-reptile hybrids.
• The governments of the world have been infiltrated by, and are colluding with the aliens.

In the light of recent evidence it is clear that the reptilians and greys are from outer space, but in fact they are from interdimensional areas between this and other universes and most of them are trapped there. They control us from the fourth dimension and NOT outer space. The outer space mythos is propounded all over popular culture so as to make it difficult for most of us to think outside the given paradigm.

So, all tales of alien abduction, Satanic ritual abuse, Illuminati conspiracies, the New World Order, and even scattered myths about the Mothman, the yeti and a vast range of paranormal phenomena can be attributed to the workings of these reptilians from, as H. P. Lovecraft put it, «between space». (One idly wonders if these reptilians are, in fact, the «Elder Gods» of Lovecraftian lore. That would explain why the ravings of a pulp hack has infected the minds of a fast growing number of misguided young people over the last couple decades.)

US army's new secret weapon

The following bit ties in with tonight's show and even further with a future program that may help us tie together the threads of covert operations, secret government experiments and the nefarious mind control tactics of our reptilian overlords.

A reporter from The Guardian shows his credulity and lack of historical knowledge:

"Where do I put my finger? There ... OK? Nothing's happening ... is it on?" "Yes, it's on. Move your finger a bit closer."

"Er ... ow! OW!" Not good. I try again. "OWWW!" I pull my hand away sharpish. My finger is throbbing, but seems undamaged.

I was told people can take it for a second, maximum. No way, not for a wimp like me.

I try it again. It is a bit like touching a red-hot wire, but there is no heat, only the sensation of heat. There is no burn mark or blister.

Its makers claim this infernal machine is the modern face of warfare. It has a nice, friendly sounding name, Silent Guardian.

I am told not to call it a ray-gun, though that is precisely what it is (the term "pain gun" is maybe better, but I suppose they would like that even less).

And, to be fair, the machine is not designed to vaporise, shred, atomise, dismember or otherwise cause permanent harm.

Now, anyone who has read the smallest amount of material on black ops since th end of the Second World War knows that this technology was developed decades ago. So, why is it trotted out at this late date? What is the underlying message the average citizen is supposed to take from this report?

It seems to this humble radio host that this is just one more step to desensitize us to future atrocities and perhaps causing waves of pain could be a way for more reptilians to cross the divide between dimensions and establish complete control in this dimension.

the Incunabula Papers Broadcast Of the Garden of Truth Hijacked!

Well, my friends, in the short time the Garden of Truth has been back online the volume of bizarre, intriguing, irrelevant and, as expected, positively insane emails pouring in has been downright overwhelming. Between yesterday afternoon and this morning the following exchange has brought something that, while definitely residing in the realm of the bizarre, has at least some verifiable facts.

Most important for now is that the edition of the show we did a while back about the mystery surrounding Ong's Hat has been appropriated by either the show's guest, the diabolical Joseph Matheny, or people who are connected to his many projects. The site claims that this program is, and I quote from the index page: "Special: Platinum Aniversay Special (20 years 2008) Creative Commons edition: The Incunabula Papers- Platinum 20 Year Anniversary Audio Book Edition ".

As if I, Milford Connolly, staunch libertarian Christian and patriot would be in cahoots with such people.

The person who sent these messages identifies himself with a suspicious vehemence as someone who is not involved, even while he denies that anything publically attributed to him is, in fact, his handiwork. Curiouser and curiouser still. In reverse chronology:

These two items relate to the previous post in ominous ways. When they start trotting out terrorists and the children, watch out. Our fine tradition of rugged individualism and government for the people by the people is fast fading into the past.

These are stories that are going around, though I'm not yet seeing many attempts to connect the threads, nor do threats to freedom raise an eyebrow these days. Most of the coverage you will see carries on the venerable old tradition of an editor or writer slapping their name on the press release and publishing the story as sent.

Ok, the latest announcement:

The AI Lab terrorism research projects aim to develop and evaluate scalable techniques for collecting and analyzing terrorism information, modeling terrorist behavior and terrorist networks, and disseminating information to the terrorized (victims and citizens) groups. Various approaches and portals of these projects contribute to advancing the field of intelligence and security informatics. Such advancements will help related stakeholders to counter terrorism and promote national security.

Now, how they go about their stated purpose without reference to dilemmas as outlined in the pioneering work of Yehoshua Bar-Hillel, I can't imagine. I find it interesting that the name of the project is "Dark Web". Could this be an indication of what they're looking to take out of the picture? Better put dynamite in your robot.txt files, folks. I don't think for a moment they're looking to find terrorists, or even to harrass citizens en masse who write about topics the powers that be would rather have silenced. This is a hideous, but deceptive pulic mask for a much more diabolical undertaking. Remember, the Devil hates you.

The ongoing cant that rallies the soccer moms and big government "conservatives":

US senators today made a bipartisan call for the universal implementation of filtering and monitoring technologies on the Internet in order to protect children at the end of a Senate hearing for which civil liberties groups were not invited.

Commerce Committee Chairman Daniel K. Inouye (D-Hawaii) and Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee Vice Chairman Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) both argued that Internet was a dangerous place where parents alone will not be able to protect their children.

They are talking filters a la China and similar predator-hunting webcrawlers to the above mentioned Dark Web project. Now I know these institutions are no longer our actual government, but none of these actions are sanctioned without a reason. We know they've been at this game for decades, so why do they want the devolution to be televised? And one wonders idly if the technology involved is leading towards the inevitable singularity...

Weeds and Flowers

Last nights show gave us a lot to consider. We lost the telephone connection half way though the show and we had no way of getting back in touch with him, as he refused resolutely to give us a telephone number or any way of contacting him. Your intrepid host and crew at the Garden of Truth broadcast soldiered on nonetheless. We hoped our guest would call back, but he has yet to. The second half of the show, which ran well into its sixth hour before we knew it, I took the opportunity to read some of the more crucial documents our guest had provided before the broadcast. As I like to do, I read the documents through without comment and I'll start an initial dissection of the information revealed in tonights show.

I'm wondering about the significance of event that happened in the greater world in 1979. I'm not positing a theory, consider this a short note, a list of coincidental actions and observed phenomena that is by no means complete.

In no particular order of importance or chronological sequence:

The creation of the First Earth Battalion, an alleged US army project to create our own version of "Warrior Monks". One of their soldiers is later called back into service in Iraq.

The energy crisis is the first of many events to get us innured to out of control inflation as a constant fact of life. OPEC showes exactly how easily they can bring down our very civilization.

The existance of the Rapid Deployment Forces (RDF) becomes known. The RDF was a mobile fighting force capable of responding to worldwide trouble spots, without drawing on forces committed to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The RDF was the forerunner of CENTCOM. Our increasing use of mercenaries may have roots there.

Iraqi President Hasan al-Bakr resigns and Vice President Saddam Hussein replaces him. The CIA may have had a hand in, while manipulating the Iran Hostage crisis, (444 days. Work it out.)

Raymond Washington, known for founding the Crips, today one of the largest, most notorious gangs in the United States, is shot and killed five months following his arrest for quadruple murder. (His killers have not yet been identified.)

Cheap cocaine starts flooding the streets of America, production and importation of heroin is ramped up significantly.

A breakthrough in trans-dimensional travel with the successful test of a dimensional travel device, though it seems, this one was not developed around these parts. More threads of double agents and infiltration and counter-infiltration that ensue will need a show of its own.

The Soviet Union seizes control of Afghanistan, and Babrak Karmal replaces overthrown and executed President Hafizullah Amin.

Sandinistas seizes power in Nicaragua, leading to the initiation of yet another covert CIA operation. Two major sources for drugs are the focus of covert operations promted by so-called conservative officials.

Look into 33 year cycles in history.

Slow Return and Tonight's Show

For the time being we will be sticking to broadcasting on 9790 Khz and storing the archives in several locations where they can be retrieved should anything untoward happen to us. If there is an internet as we currently know it this time next year, we may consider coming back with a broader based forum, and even include audio and video archives. While I have made no bones about my love for good old fasioned values, Tennesee Earn-e Fnord and my beloved, non-illuminati infiltrated church, the Garden of truth is not skittish about re-entering the online info stream for reasons of mere Luddite stubbornness. Using stone age methods like printed news letters and shortwave leaves us further below the radar than our webb based compatriots and we feel that those who make the effort are more likely to be folks who will not sit idly by as the jackboots thunder down their streets.

We have a very exciting show for you this evening. A former World Bank functionary will be giving us information that connects our current financial crisis, how the real estate market was engineered for reasons of Brave New World population control, conspirators behind oil powers, how projects connected to Monarch and MK-Ultra are coming out of hiding and why the powers that be feel they do not have to hide any more and why we will soon see a military takeover at a time when it seems like the population will go voluntarily to their doom.

You may think you know all about this well trodden ground, but while these disparate tales have been told, our guest, who must remain anonymous for reasons of his own safety has found proof of connections between all these disturbing tales that point to reasons behind all this mind manipulation that you will find to be an abyss you do not wish to have gaze back at you.

Hidden Ritual Site

We're on the trail of some NWO dealings here at the Garden of Truth at the moment that relate to some strange phenomena we have observed in these parts of late. you may have noticed that we have stayed away from conspiracy topics on the show recently, but that is not due to a shift in focus. It's merely that we verify everything we report before we bring it to you good patriots. We are after all the Garden of Truth, not the Garden of Conjecture.

I will share with you a strange discovery right in our own back yard, or I should say, a strange rediscovery. I know these woods as well as it is possible, having spent most of my life in these parts. And I like to stay as deep as possible. The road you see to the left is the closest sign of civilization to our little abode, and that ends a couple miles from our cabin.

When I was a young lad I came upon a site that had a stone wall in a circle and a kind of circular portal. At the center was what looks like an altar. The hair stood on end, friends. I could feel that unsavory things went on here. Even at the tender age of twelve I was a good Christian and Patriot was not an epithet, so something as obviously pagan as this monument was a shock to find in my back yard, so to speak.

I knew the location of this site with precision. As I said, and as my friends and listeners know, the Lebanon State Forest is something I can navigate like no other, but I was never able to find it again, and therefore never able to show it to anyone else. This stone construction had completely vanished. Several times I ventured out to find it, and each time I got disoriented in a most unwonted manner, and the last time I passed out and was not found until the next day.

Appreciate if you can the mix of surprise, excitement and trepidation I felt when I came upon it again. This time I had a camera. The photos look like they are in black and white, but I had color film in the camera, and each shot came out in monochrome images, differing in hue in each image on the film. I had some other pictures of my lovely bride from the day before, and those shots came out in glorious color. You can see the monument below.

I took a number of shots from within the circle, which was exactly as I had found it fourty years ago, but those shots came out as amorphous blobs. There are so many legends surrounding the New Jersey Pine Barrens, and I recall one from my youth that describes a place like this and the unsavory things that went on there, but I don't want to jump to conclusions. I promise to investigate the matter and see if I can find any other accounts of this site.

Just wondering aloud here, but I can't help think of those scientists that were discussed with that demon Joseph Matheny on the show a good while ago.

Fancy Meeting Us Here

The old gardenoftruth.org site has long been unavailable, even while we have bravely been soldiering on with the radio program on the 9790 Khz, shortwave station. I don't want to get the tongues wagging and fingers tapping unnecessarily, but we have had to make efforts to ensure our very safety, as far as that can be accomplished in the current climate. The exact location of our transmitter is as ever a closely held secret, as is the location of my cabin. I feel an immense gratitude for my better half who has had to put up with a lot of hardship that others outside the truth movement would not credit.

Long time patriots and supporters may wonder why we show up now right in the belly of the beast, the service we're using being one that admits to keeping browsing, ip address and messaging archives indefinitely, and lest we be unclear on this, who also admit to giving the government any information they ask for. We have decided to make it possible to leave some sort of record should we disappear from the face of the earth.

There's a story there. If it seems judicious to do so, we will tell the story and provide photos we have in our hands of the incident that shut down our old site.

The servers we used in the previous fifteen years of the Garden of Truth site were irreparably damaged and backups were confiscated by soldiers who would not identify themselves, nor would they say by what authority they invaded the premises housing our web servers and archives. Because we were on the dark web and not indexed by any search engine, there remains no record of the old site.

Shows are, perhaps temporarily, perhaps permanently unavailable during this period of adjustment. There have been a few instances of sabotage by citizen gang stalkers. More about these citizen gang stalkers will come in a later post. As always be sure to tune in to the broadcast from 11pm to 3am. We may bring back the online stream, but for now, you will just have to get yourselves shortwave receivers. You should in any case, as the powers that be know everything you're looking at, listening to and downloading from the internet.
